聚丙烯腈铵盐 NH4-HPAN

　它由聚丙烯腈纤维在高温下(180℃)水解制得。商业产品为褐色粉末，用做水基钻井液，特别是聚合物钻井液的降滤失剂。加入钻井液后，在降滤失的同时，还可获得降粘和页岩抑制效应。其抗温能力为150～180℃,并可有效用于最高含盐5%的钻井液，它在淡水钻井液中的通常加量为0.3%～0.8%.在盐水钻井液中的加量1%～2%.

NH4HPAN is a product resulted from full hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile fibers athigh temperature(above 180℃).The commercial product is a brown black powder. NH4HPAN is used as a thinner in water base drilling fluid .When an amount of NH4PAN is added into the fluid system, a thinning and shale inhibition effect may also be obtained simultaneously with the FL reduction effect.

Recommended dosage is in the range of 0.3~0.8% for fresh water system and 1%～2%. for salt water system.
